I was referred to this company by another company that did advanced cleaning services as well. I had contacted numerous companies and some never bothered to call me back, some quoted really crazy prices to do one room! And others just declined to quote! The owner Ward called me immediately, visited site , did assessment and quoted on the spot , quote was incredibly fair too. They were in and out doing a very thorough job and follow up. The owner of this company is a very interesting guy too , wealth of experience being a 30 year member of the RCMP and someone that ensures you feel comfortable and are 100% satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend this company wish there were more trustworthy companies like this one out there.
Our daughter was sick for months and we didn’t realize a main contributor was black mould in our basement. Pacific Decon was not only the most affordable option to eradicate the mould and mould spores, but we were back in our home the same day (it is even safe for our little dog). Our family is all breathing better after using this wonderful product!

We bought a used 5th wheel that had a strong musty smell. Ward and Chris came to our rescue. My partner was somewhat skeptical of the process as he had detailed cars for years and was worried of masking the smell. No masked smells.....musty odor is gone and we are now happy campers! Ward and Chris were personable and got the job done quickly and professionally! Highly recommended.

Diaper pail emanation is gone! My plant processes 40 thousand pounds of raw pet food every week. We clean and sanitize daily, but still had an offensive stench. After completion of PacificDecon the odors were completely eliminated. Ward and Chris were on time, efficient and thorough. They had MY BEST interest in mind. I've got a 15 year old diesel Jetta and it was not smelling like a rose! After the decontamination that Decon performed it smelled fantastic and had great readings The process eliminates bacteria and other dangerous contaminants and left my car smelling like new.

I am very happy with commitment to detail that Pacific Decontamination Services provided to removing mold an odors from two of my vehicles that I was selling @ All Island Bailiffs. Highly recommend using their product and service.
I approached Ward with Pacific Decon because over the winter we had some rats make a nest in the engine in our car. They eventually chewed right through into the interior of our vehicle. The smell was sickening! This is our daily driver and we drive our three young kids around in this vehicle every day. I was very worried about the contamination affecting my family's health.
Pacific Decon came out and sprayed my car twice. The second time Ward really got into the engine block and air ducts of the car.
The result was amazing! After 24 hours the smell of the product was gone and I couldn't smell the rat urine any longer.
